1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bos555 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply in conjunction with bos555's Privacy Policy and any specific terms attached to individual promotions or game offerings, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the bos555 platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. bos555 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion.

bos555 may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an on-platform notice.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on bos555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bos555 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. If it is determined that a Member is under 21, the account will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access online betting services. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of bos555 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bos555 or any third-party responsible gaming organization.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for a third party in opening or operating your account.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money services on bos555, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

1. One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bos555 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address during registration. This information must match the identity documents you subsequently provide during KYC verification.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bos555 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Account Verification (KYC): All accounts must undergo full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include: a valid KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a live selfie holding your ID. Verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours during WIB business hours.
5. Inactive Accounts: An account that records no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. bos555 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive accounts after written notification. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bos555 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be requested for high-volume transactions.
• Accepted payment methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a fraud review.
• Deposits made outside standard WIB banking hours (approximately 06:00–22:00 WIB) may experience processing delays. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly at all hours.
• bos555 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges, for which bos555 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000; members wishing to withdraw larger sums should contact support to arrange a structured payout schedule.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a bank account registered in the Member's verified name. bos555 reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawals to new payment destinations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day.
• bos555 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending a fraud investigation, AML check, or compliance review. Members under investigation will be notified where permitted by applicable law.
• Any bonus funds subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement has been fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bos555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x requirement must generate Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus of the same type may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method during any single promotional period. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate registrations will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: sports bets and live casino games contribute 100%; standard video slots contribute 100%; certain table games (baccarat, roulette, craps) may contribute only 10%. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Expiry: All bonus funds expire 30 days after the date of issue if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without notice or compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: bos555 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-margin betting strategies, arbing, and coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where abuse is identified, bos555 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the offending account without prior notice.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where offered, no-deposit bonuses carry a maximum cashout cap as specified in the promotion. Winnings above the cap will be voided at withdrawal.

7 Placing Bets & Game Rules

The following terms govern the placement of bets and participation in games on the bos555 platform:

7.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets and the applicable odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change without notice before a bet is confirmed.
• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the bos555 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Screenshots of odds displayed prior to confirmation do not constitute a valid bet.
• bos555 offers a full range of football betting markets, including voor bola (Asian handicap), 1X2, Over/Under totals, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. Mix parlay bets require a minimum of two selections and carry minimum odds of 1.25 per leg.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of bos555's trading team. The platform reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed during a suspension will be voided and stakes returned.
• Results are determined by the official governing body for the relevant sport or competition (e.g., FIFA for international football, the Indonesia Football Association for BRI Liga 1). In the event of a dispute, bos555's determination is final.
• bos555 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including palpable errors in odds, e.g., EPL match offered at 100.00 for the favorite) without prior notice.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games and slot gacor (high-payout slots) are operated by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules as defined by the respective provider.
• Game results are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. bos555 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for slot games are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds; they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all game plays and stakes are returned. If a game disconnects mid-round, the round result will be determined upon reconnection based on the RNG outcome already generated.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bos555 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent a ban or registration restriction.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undisclosed mathematical errors in games to generate winnings. All such winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity. bos555 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any bos555 software or game.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward bos555 staff or other members through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bos555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the property of bos555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any bos555 content without express prior written consent from bos555. Unauthorized use of bos555 branding, trademarks, or promotional materials — including for the purpose of operating an unauthorized affiliate or referral scheme — is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

bos555 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account on bos555, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Your personal information is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have opted in.
• bos555 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

In particular, bos555 accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond bos555's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy of odds, scores, or statistical data displayed on the platform, which are provided for informational purposes and may occasionally contain errors.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Any gambling losses incurred on the platform. Gambling involves financial risk. You accept all risk associated with your wagering activity.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bos555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

bos555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal from the Member's bank or payment provider.
• A Member's self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other lawful authority requiring account restriction.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 5–10 WIB business days.

You may voluntarily close your bos555 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not waive any obligations accrued prior to the closure date.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations, as applied in the jurisdiction in which bos555 is licensed and regulated. bos555 holds an international online gaming license issued by its licensing authority and operates in compliance with the conditions of that license.

By using the bos555 platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in Indonesia, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. bos555 makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through bos555's internal complaints process (see Section 15) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14 Amendments

bos555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the bos555 platform unless a specific effective date is stated. Where changes are material — for example, changes to fee structures, withdrawal limits, or eligibility requirements — bos555 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the bos555 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
